01Information we collect

Depending on how the service is used, information may include:

• Names, mobile numbers, email addresses, gender, date of birth and profile details.
• Membership, subscription, attendance, payment, invoice and transaction records.
• Information a gym enters about its members, staff, plans, services and operations.
• Device, browser, IP address, login, usage and technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.
• Information required for integrations and features enabled by the gym or authorized user.

02How we use information

We use information for purposes connected with delivering and improving GoGym4U, including providing gym management tools, authenticating users, protecting accounts, processing subscriptions, maintaining billing records, supporting customers, sending service messages, securing and troubleshooting the platform, and meeting legal or accounting obligations.

03Messaging and communications

GoGym4U is not a bulk messaging service. Messaging tools are designed for legitimate gym-management communications and may use predefined or approved templates. Messages can include membership confirmations, renewals, payment details, receipts, attendance information, reminders and account notices. WhatsApp and SMS messages are also subject to the relevant provider rules, consent requirements and applicable laws.

04Payments

Authorized third-party payment gateways may process subscription payments. Their own privacy and security terms apply to payment information handled by them. We do not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV values or payment authentication credentials on our servers.

05Information processed for gyms

Gyms may use GoGym4U to manage information about members and staff. The gym is responsible for having the authority, consent or other lawful basis needed to collect and use that information. GoGym4U processes it to provide the services requested by the gym.

06How information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared when needed to operate the service with hosting, payment, communication, analytics or technical providers. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a lawful government request.

07Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and we continue to maintain appropriate safeguards for our systems.

08Data retention

Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

09Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and your relationship with the gym, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or legitimate business reasons.

10Third-party services

Payment, messaging, hosting, analytics and other integrations may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
