At GoGym4U, we provide subscription-based gym management software services with different subscription durations, including monthly and longer-term plans.
Customers may request cancellation of their GoGym4U subscription within 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal.
Cancellation requests received after 7 days from the date of purchase or renewal will not be eligible for a refund.
For eligible cancellation requests made within 7 days, the refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused subscription period.
Charges for the period during which the subscription remained active will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. The refund will generally be processed within 5-7 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
