GoGym4U provides subscription-based gym management software with monthly and longer-duration plans. Please review the following timing and refund details before submitting a request.
01Subscription overview
This policy applies to GoGym4U subscription purchases and renewals. Each subscription provides access for the period associated with the plan purchased.
02Cancellation window
You may request cancellation within 7 days of the purchase or renewal date. Requests received after this 7-day period are not eligible for a refund.
03Refund calculation
For an eligible request made within 7 days, the refund is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused subscription period. The amount for the time the subscription was active is deducted from the refundable balance.
04Refund processing
Once an eligible refund is approved, it is sent to the original payment method. Processing generally takes 5–7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
05How to request cancellation or a refund
Contact the GoGym4U team with your registered account details and payment information. Including your purchase or renewal date and transaction reference can help us locate the subscription.
